What is Very Simple Todo?
A simple to do list app. Type in the orange row, tap plus, check it off. Fast to add, nothing extra. A widget on the home screen. No reminder pings and no email from us.
Will it nag me?
No. No lock-screen reminders, no daily digest, no "you have 12 tasks" mail. The app stays quiet. You open it when you want.
Is this an AI todo app?
No. The app is not an agent and will not try to be one. If you already have Claude, Agent Heim, or another assistant you like, you can connect them so they work the list from their side. If you don't, you just have a clean list.
How do I connect an agent?
Only if you want to. Tell your assistant to connect to Very Simple Todo. It reads the API, you sign in (or paste a token from Account), and then it can read, add, check off, and delete when you ask.
What can a connected agent do?
Read the list, add todos, edit notes under a row, check things off, uncheck them. Typical: fill a grocery list, tick a packing list, chase you about what is still open. It deletes only when you ask.
Is there a widget?
Yes. Two sizes on the home screen: what is still open, and a plus that drops you straight into typing.
Where did my done todos go?
Off the open list. The filter in the bottom bar shows them. Tap the checkbox again to bring one back.
How much does it cost?
$0.99 a month, first month free. One plan. Cancel in iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions.
What happens if I cancel?
The list stays. You can still read it and check things off. Adding and editing pause until you subscribe again.
Where is my data?
Amsterdam, EU, on Fly.io. We do not sell the list, show ads, or train models on it. Details: Privacy and GDPR.
How do I export or delete my account?
Delete the account in the app under Account. To export, email verysimple@portfoliobox.net from the address on the account.
