Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Very Simple Todo app and service. By using it, you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.

The service

Very Simple Todo is provided by Portfoliobox Stockholm AB ("we"), org. no. 556894-4382, Rånövägen 30, 168 39 Bromma, Sweden. It is a todo app: you write todos, add notes under them, check them off, they sync across your devices, and if you choose, an AI assistant you connect can read your list and add, edit and check off todos.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in account, and for the assistants you connect and the tokens you create. You can revoke any token in the app.

Subscription and free trial

Very Simple Todo costs $0.99 a month, with the first month free. The subscription auto-renews monthly until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and you manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings; cancelling stops the next renewal. Without an active subscription you can still read and export your todos and check them off, but not add new ones or edit their text. Trial and billing terms are handled by Apple under Apple's standard rules.

Your content

Your todos are yours. We claim no ownership of them. You are responsible for what you write and store, and for not using the service for anything unlawful.

Availability and disclaimer

We work to keep the service running and your todos safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time, in the app under Account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
